Abstract
Early and reliable leak detection is essential for safety, environmental protection, and operational efficiency in industrial environments. Conventional monitoring systems, however, often suffer from high false alarm rates and limited adaptability to complex or changing conditions. This presentation introduces a Visual Leak Detection System (VLDS) based on smart infrared cameras and intelligent thermographic analysis. The system combines high-sensitivity thermal imaging with advanced evaluation algorithms to detect leaks at an early stage while keeping false alarms to a minimum.
