    Mr. Anderson is a member of BakerRisk’s Structures Group. His expertise has focused on the analysis structures subjected to both conventional and impulsive loadings including existing steel, cold-formed metal, reinforced and unreinforced masonry, wood, and reinforced concrete structures subject to postulated blast loading. Mr. Anderson’s expertise also extends to protective building design, where he has executed non-linear single-degree-of-freedom analysis techniques to determine component and overall building damage levels to design detailed blast-resistant buildings, blast separation and protective walls, high pressure test enclosures, and protective barriers.

    Els Janssens holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2005). She brings more than 15 years of experience in Process Safety within TotalEnergies, working across multiple business units and currently within the corporate Process Safety & Asset Integrity expertise division, where she has been active for the past 9 years.

    Alongside her industry role, Els regularly contributes as a trainer at universities and professional associations.

    Tijs Koerts studied chemistry at the Utrecht University and obtained a PhD at the Eindhoven University of Technology. He got his process safety experience at DuPont, GE plastic and Lyondell Basell Industries, where he worked with all kinds of hazardous processes in both technical, operational and business roles. He is a passionate coach, trainer and speaker.

    Since 2017 he is also Operations Director for the European Process Safety Centre.

Strong operations professional with a Dr. rer nat focused in Chemistry from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. Recently started his own consultancy 'ProSafeX' for Process Safety Management, plant optimisation, safety and operations leadership and related Topics.

  15. Van Woezik (Bob)

    Bob van Woezik has a solid background in Chemical process engineering – Masters and PhD – and has 25 years of industrial experience. Through various functions gained experience in Process safety, People safety, Project & program management, Asset integrity & Maintenance management, and Manufacturing Excellence.

    Currently holds the position of Global Director Process Safety at dsm-firmenich.

    Is strongly focused on change and innovation, reliable, flexible, a team player and analytically strong. Quickly acquires new knowledge and concepts, and successfully implements these practically in the organization, using change management and his organizational talent and enthusiastic drive to succeed.
